I'm not sure I like it better than the old look but I do like the pictures. The guy in the first picture is Mark. He loves Anna Claire but she does not return the affection! It is so funny to watch. I think Mark would give up hunting for just one day if Anna Claire would just give him a hug.
The lodge is very nice. It has 3 bedrooms, if I recall, and a huge deck. It also has an outdoor area with a built in fire pit. The front is all window and is just beautiful to be inside with the wood stove going. There's a pond on the land that will be perfect for Anna Claire and Bennett to go fishing.

The lodge is beautiful! I love all the pictures from the hunts. We have never duck hunted. Doesn't seem like a lot of the hunters around here duck hunt. We don't really have any good areas right here in our local area to hunt, you have to drive a pretty good distance and then there are always so many people in those few places. Seems most everyone around here sticks to deer and turkey hunting. I am going to try my hand at Turkey hunting this year. I tried deer hunting this year and got a buck on my first day out so maybe I will get that lucky at turkey hunting.
I am helping Ryan and the other committee members plan their annual National Wild Turkey Federation Banquet for March for right now. My job is to get donations. So I get the lovely task of calling companies that are hunting related of any kind to see of they will support us through donations to be used for an auction to raise money.
This past year my mom went deer hunting with me, she didn't hunt, just sat with me in the blind. I am hoping this year to get her to hunt as well. She was very into this year once it was happening.
