I'm guessing he knew I was so stressed out about this interview that buying a new truck would be nothing to me tonight. He was right. I was driving home from the interview and he calls me and says "Where are you?" I say "Driving home from the interview and I am so stressed." He says "I'm buying a new truck right now, signing papers and everything." I just said "Okay." That is not me! But, I'm so exhausted from spending two hours this afternoon memorizing talking points and studying stem cell research.
Here is the truck. I don't even know what it is. I know it has the word Sierra or something like that on the back and I saw the numbers 4x4 on the side. He calls it a "plain Jane" and I call it "expensive."
So, it's starting to sink in. Now, where is that bottle of cheap wine? I need a glass.

I'm with you on the "glass of wine" but I'm thinking that you really did need a new truck to pull that trailer.
