Anna Claire and Bennett at Steak and Shake

Anna Claire and I had a very interesting conversation on the way to Steak and Shake. It went something like this:

Anna Claire: "Ma, do you know where animals poop?"
Ma: "Where?"
Anna Claire: "In the yard."
Anna Claire: "Ma, do you know where I poop?"
Ma: "Where?"
Anna Claire: "In the toilet."
Anna Claire: "Ma, do you know where birds poop?"
Ma: "Where?"
Anna Claire: "On car windows."

And, then, there was this conversation this morning:

Anna Claire: "Ma, can you turn off the tv please?"
Ma: "You don't want to watch cartoons?"
Anna Claire: "I've watched two today and Mommy only lets me watch one."

That girl is so disciplined. Yesterday at Chucke E Cheese Gary asked her if she wanted Sprite to go with her pizza. She said no because she had already had one Sprite that day!

Bennett talked to Nana on Skype this morning. You just had to be there! Nana would ask Bennett a question and he would whisper the answer. Anna Claire thought it was so funny watching Bennett talking to Nana on the computer. She hid under the bed and I could hear her laughing the entire time Nana was talking to Bennett. Jessica has it on her computer and we tested it last night. I plan on talking and seeing the kids several times a week now! This is going to be so much fun!
