The first morning I was there Brent said that Anna Claire woke up early and the first thing she asked was "Is Ma still here?" Brent told her I was and she said "Okay." and then went right back to sleep. She is so sweet when I come visit. She never wants me to leave. When I was getting ready to go home she kept asking me if I would come back in five days.
When she was playing with Laney in her bedroom she kept running in the den. She would run to Jessica and kiss her on the leg and then she would run to me and kiss me on the leg and then race back to the bedroom.
Anna Claire had a friend, Laney, over the next day. They played dress up and had a blast. One minute they were Snow White, then a Princess, then a Bride. Anna Claire has tons and tons of play dresses. Her entire bedroom floor was full of heels, dresses, necklaces, and magic wands.

Bennett, Anna Claire and Laney

Anna Claire had pre-K on Thursday so Bennett and I hung out all day. We went to MacDonald's for a yogurt smoothie for breakfast. Then, we headed to Barnes and Noble. Or so I thought. Toys R Us is right next to Barnes and Noble. As soon as we got out of the car Bennett pointed to Toys R Us and said "Toys R Us. Right there."

After what seemed like half a day at Toys R Us it was now time for lunch. So, off to Chick Fil A, where else? While Bennett was playing in the play area at Chick Fil A he would go up to every single kid and ask "Will you be my friend?" If they didn't understand him or hear him, he would follow the kid all over the place and just keep asking over and over until the kid responded. Then, once the kid responded he would ask "What's your name?" Shy, he isn't.

Now, it's 5:00 p.m. and time for soccer practice. Here's Anna Claire at soccer practice.

The day's not done. Bennett has to play guitar over and over and over.

I slept good but then morning comes and Bennett is yelling "Ma!...Ma!!!! Come get me!" Everyone else is still asleep. Before my coffee and before his chocolate milk we were playing baseball. He still looks barely awake. After baseball we had breakfast. He asked me "Where Sissy?" I told him she was asleep. Then, he wanted to know where mommy and daddy were. I told him they were asleep. I said "Bennett, everyone's asleep. You are the only one up." Well, he was sitting down eating breakfast and he looked at me with those twinkly eyes and said "Ma, I not up. I sitting down." Duh, Ma!

Now, time for football. He got all dressed for football. Please don't say "football outfit." He will correct you with "Uniform." It is not an outfit, it is an uniform.

Jessica. Jessica goes all day. She never stops.
