"As I am writing this at YOUR NEW HOME, I sit here thankful that you are in our life. Wow, what a year 2009 has been for you! You graduate from Virginia Tech in engineering, your boyfriend gets out of the Army, you get married, and you start a new engineering job. All in one year! "
Well, what can I say? A lot has changed. Your boyfriend, now husband, is BACK in the Army! Life brings us wonderful memories but challenges along the way.
One thing has not changed. Gary and I love you more than ever! You are still the most wonderful person in the world, the sweetest girl in the universe, the most caring wife on Earth, and you will always have the most giving heart of all. We knew Shane was smart in asking you to be his wife; but, he was a genius in finding you.
Tomorrow will be bittersweet but full of blessings. You are travelling home but you can use this time to reflect on how lucky you are. Once you are home with Coco you will know that you have a loving husband miles away but is in your heart.
