On this snowy day I have been organizing the files on my computer. Deleting a lot of stuff. I found a file dated April 1, 2010 that was labeled "AC Birthday." I wondered what that was because I could tell it was a Word document. It was a list of things that Anna Claire told me that she wanted for her birthday. She told me "the list" on April 1st. Her birthday is April 17th. I think it's worth sharing again.
Here is her list for her fourth birthday:
1. crown with diamonds
2. purple ring with jewels and some yellow in it
3. Princess dress with diamonds on the front and back
4. gloves
5. shoes with jewels
6. treasure chest to put her clothes in
7. Tinkerbell pajamas
8. Kleenex to get the boogers out!

How cute, and how normal Anna Claire is. Jewels, Princess things, Tinkerbell pjs. Then there is the kleenex for the burgers. Well, yes, I think that is normal for a little girl too. I'll bet many a little girl wishes for that too - AC just happened to express it. Love the honesty.
Hope all is well in snowy Arkansas. We didn't get the snow - just the cccold. And I mean fffreezing.
