On the way home Bennett lost his pacifier. Gary only speaks in one language...football. He said "What's the matter Bennett? Did you lose your mouthpiece?" Anna Claire doubled over laughing. Then, for two hours, every five minutes she was saying "Granddad, ask Bennett about his mouthpiece." She would again laugh and laugh.
We got home and I put Anna Claire's Princess gown on her. She crawled up next to me and said "Ma, I wuv you." We hugged and hugged. Bennett was in Gary's lap and he looked at Anna Claire and me hugging. He turned around and started hugging Gary. We had a hug fest.
Brent and Jessica (Jessica mainly) are so thoughtful. For each day that they are gone the kids have a present to open. When Anna Claire woke up she asked if she could open her present. So, I had both kids to sit on the couch.
