HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMY (OCTOBER 10TH)

Happy Birthday Amy. I know you will not see this but maybe your adorable sister will tell you. I hope you know how much you are loved. Some days I just want to sweep you up in my arms and take care of you. But, I know, you are completely able to take care of yourself. That's for sure.

Your adorable daughter, Kaidence, is so in love with you. I can see how.

I just want you to know how much I believe in you.

We have had some fun times growing up. Remember all the days at the lake and your Nana always cooking fried chicken. She always had the best food. We all miss Nana!

I remember we would go to the lake just about every weekend. How we could afford all that gas in the boat I'll never know because you, Angie, Brent and Shane skiied until dark.

Gary and I and the boys would meet you and your family around 10:00 a.m. on Saturday mornings. Usually at Nana's house because that's where the pontoon was. Then, we would all head out to the lake. The McAnarney's and Skordal's would meet us there. Oh, how much fun we had.

Then, I can remember it being night time and we would head home. We would stop at McDonalds and get something like 15 little hamburgers and bring them to our house. That was our supper. Once we stopped at a restaurant on 71B and had supper. We were all still in our bathing suits. There was also a restaurant at the lake we ate at once or twice.

We would picnic on this little island at Beaver Lake.

Then, how bout' those fireworks at your house. Remember how we would always have tons of fireworks left over and your mom and dad invited everyone out to your house to shoot fireworks. Remember the ones with the parachutes? Gosh, that was fun. Your mother made the best dip. It was in a round pan like a pizza.

We sure had some good memories. But...you know what....we are making new ones. Very special ones. You are very special to me. You are a beautiful person...both inside and outside.
