Holiday Seasonal Identity Crisis

It seems I'm having a holiday identity crisis. I don't know what holiday it is.

I have the house, inside and out, decorated for Christmas. It's still not Thanksgiving.

However, the breakfast room table has the Thanksgiving plates instead of the Christmas plates. The other accessories are all Christmas. The plates were my grandmother's.

And, the dining room table is all decked out for Christmas except the plates are the Thanksgiving plates.

Well, at least when Thanksgiving is over it won't take me long to change to Christmas!

I'm having 16 people over to eat tomorrow and I'm cooking all of it. Everything is made, just waiting to put in the oven to warm. I bought Anna Claire some Christmas ornaments for her to paint and hang on the tree. I can't wait to see how that works out! I'll definitely take pictures. We've never done that before. I have enough for Bennett to paint too but....paint will probably be every where but the ornament.

Well Betsy, you may be a bit confused but it sure is beautiful! Praying you and your family have a very blessed Thanksgiving Day.
