Shane and Brent took Jess to the airport. Bennett and Granddad left to go to Lake Eufala. Bennett saw Granddad put on a hat and boots and he wanted to be just like Granddad. The only hat we could find for Bennett was his policeman hat and fireman rubber boots. He felt so big!
As they walked out the door to get in Granddad's truck Jessica and I laughed and laughed. There's Bennett dragging his two blue blankies and stuffed dog. It's a three-hour drive and they were so excited to leave.
Jessica, Anna Claire and I will leave later today to go to the cabin. We will meet up there with Brent, Shane, Granddad and Bennett.
