He crawled out before I could buckle him in and he was saying "Big care...big care." So, he joined Grandad at the table and he is very happy now in his big chair.

Now, everyone knows how Bennett will eat off of ANYONE'S plate. He doesn't discriminate. If he sees you putting food on a plate he immediately stops what he is playing with, walks up to you, and says "bite...bite...bite" until you share at least three-fourths of your food with him.
Last night he and Anna Claire both had their own small bowl of Cheez its. (Not sure of the spelling although it seems like it should be simple!) I grabbed two of Bennett's. Boy, it doesn't go both ways with him. He said very loud "DON'T TAKE MINE!" I eventually took one of Anna Claire's and put back in his bowl. He wasn't happy until I had replaced the one I took out of his bowl.

Bennett needs a "seat of knowledge" so that he can join the big people around the dinner table. We use my parent's old unabridged dictionary whenever one of the "big kids" is over, but any super thick book will do. They like the idea of sitting on the same big seat that their mommies did long ago.
