Anna Claire and I just had the most interesting conversation. And, it has helped me understand why she doesn't like for strangers to tell her how pretty she is.
I said "Anna Claire, you are so pretty." She replied "Ma, don't tell me I'm pretty."
I said "But, Anna Claire, you are." Anna Claire said "But I don't want to be. People think I'm a Princess."
So, I said "Well, that's just because they think you look like a Princess." She said "No Ma...they think I'm a real Princess and I think they are making fun of me."
She's my darling girl!
In the second picture she is showing her "diamond" "sparkly" "special" ring! She also has on heels. Tonight we are having a "No Boys Allowed" tea party.
