Well, I just thought I was on Christmas Break. Final grades are due tomorrow at the latest. Just when I thought I was on my last student's final paper, I swear I've read that paper before! Great, that's just great. Now I have to spend the rest of the day looking for a needle in a haystack. I've got to go back and reread most of the papers submitted to find the plagiarism. Then, two students will receive zero's and depending on how frustrated I am, they may be sent to the "J" board.
Back to reading....

Shame on them, what a great way to start Christmas break.
Ugh! I know your pain. I had to check each of the submitted papers for plagiarism. A handful of my students seem to think that copying directly from Wikipedia qualifies as writing a research paper. I promise to break them of that habit before they get to college, Betsy.
Betsy,
Oh my gosh - you would think that college students would be smarter than that AND that those who teach them may be older than they are but NOT too old to remember these things. Too bad these kids aren't as smart as they think they are.
Ugh...hope you find the culprit sooner rather than later.
Hugs my friend.
Sue
Good Luck and they deserve the "0" for the papers....they have to learn at some point.
Take it easy and ENJOY the Christmas break.
HUGS and Merry CHRISTMAS to all of you
Karen and Jim
