So Happy. Got to Talk to Most of My Family Last Night

Yes, it was a good night. I was on the phone with Shane when Brent called. Shane and I had been talking a while so the timing was perfect. I wanted Shane to stay on the phone while I was Skyping but the logistics don't really work that way. Anyway, it was pretty special being able to talk to both sons.

Shane is doing great. Jess was babysitting so I didn't get to tell her hello. I'm really missing those two.

Anna Claire and Bennett are still so funny when Skyping. They think it's really cool that when they call me it's morning for them and bed time for me. They talked about the dogs roaming again and Anna Claire told me I needed to bring dog spray. Okay....I'm starting to not think this is interesting or funny. I am NOT a DOG lover. Not one bit. I told Bennett that while Sissy was being home schooled Granddad and I could take Bennett and Sutton for a walk or to the park. Bennett said "Ma, there's so many dogs." I'm sure they are overreacting and when I get there I will not see many dogs roaming. However, I will have a suitcase of dog spray!

Little Sutton is growing too fast for me. He's like a little man. He reacts so cute when he sees me on the computer screen and can hear me say "Hi Sutton...hi sutton." He makes little googling sounds.

Anna Claire had Brent take the web cam and show me their balcony. It overlooks the city. From what I can tell they are on the outskirts of town but I could see the skyscrapers and tall buildings.

They showed me the pajamas they had on. Anna Claire had on Disney and Bennett had on cars. Everytime they call I'm ready for bed. Pj's on. Face scrubbed, etc. I look like you know what.

Bennett kept asking me if I had lip gloss on. I told him I did and that I was going to kiss him. I put my lips up to the web cam and puckered up! I heard him say "Do I have lip gloss on?" We have a running joke about lip gloss and I'm not sure how it started but I just keep playing along.

We have a place to stay now. It's very nice. I'll talk about our plans later after everything is all finalized. I think the biggest thing that is slowing us down is figuring out the date to come home.
