Thanksgiving 2012

We just love Thanksgiving! Our family tradition has been to meet at John's place in Collins, Arkansas. John has a trailer (we refer to it as the"double-wide") on the family land. Mother and Jack (Nana and Papa Jack) have landscaped the place and it is absolutely beautiful

 

On the screened in porch all the food is placed on one long table for meats and vegetables and one table for dessert. Decorations are usually things provided by the great grandchildren and daisy's Nana has found while shopping.

Betsy made gift baskets for everyone that attended, and those that were not able to come. In each gift bag is one dishcloth that I knitted and a Bath and Body Works dishsoap plus one jar of pepper jelly with a recipe card.
