Friday night Sancy, Johnny, Jack and Mother were sitting around visiting. A car pulls in the driveway. Mother says to Sancy "I think you all have company." Sancy replies "Wonder who it is." Up walks John, Jill, William, Patrick, and Katie Jolly.
Two hours later Mother was sitting on the step in her gown. She didn't bring a robe as she didn't see a need. Up walks Jerry Paul and Lisa Moore from Justin, Texas.
Gary and I were supposed to arrive Friday night but we left Saturday morning. When we arrive with our travel trailer I got out a little early and walked toward the deck. Mother saw me and said "Well, my goodness!"
You can barely see the two travel trailers at the top of the hill. The trailer that is visible now is Gary and mine's. To the left is Sancy and Johnny's. The deck is half way down the bank. Beautiful.

Making this birthday week a surprise was the only way we could pull it off. Otherwise, Mother (Nana) would have brought all the food for the weekend for everyone. We wanted to do something for her instead of she doing all the stuff for other people. It was Sancy's idea and it was a great idea. I'm hoping I can get Shane and Jess and Brent and Jessica and the kids together next time. We also really missed not having Chris, Mandy and Presley, and Matt, and Josh and Katie. It's getting so hard to get everyone together at the same time.
I hope Nana had a good time. That's all we wanted. Just for her to sit and relax and not do any work at all. She is always doing for family and friends.
